Veg Kurma Recipe! The Taste of North India
Veg Kurma Recipe or Vegetable Korma Curry is a popular Indian curry in which vegetables are boiled and cooked in creamy and aromatic gravy of yogurt or coconut. Veg kurma is prepared in two different methods. In north India, this dish is prepared by adding Curd or cream while in south India, coconut is added to make gravy Thicker.
Ingredients to make masala Paste for Veg Kurma Recipe:
Grated Coconut – 1 small Cup
Cashew ( Kaju ) – 10
Grated ginger Small Piece
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Chopped Green Chillies – 2
Poppy seeds ( khus khus ) – 2 Table Spoon
Green Cardamom – 1
Small Piece of Cinnamon
Although, there are various ways of to make this Delicious Cuisine. But, today we are going to try the mix of both Traditional South and North Veg Kurma Recipe.
